   For a long time, key packaging consumables such as mold cleaning and mold release strips were monopolized by overseas manufacturers. Committed to independent innovation, Puhong Semiconductor is the first domestic enterprise to independently develop mold cleaning and conditioning strips. We have built an R&D team with masters and doctors, and established an in-house material R&D laboratory. By continuously tackling polymer material formulations and precision molding processes, we have successfully broken foreign technical barriers and realized independent domestic supply of mold cleaning and conditioning strip products.    Our core product portfolio includes mold cleaning strips, mold release strips, eco-friendly mold cleaner, mold cleaning pellets and release pellets. These products are widely compatible with the transfer molding processes of power devices, automotive electronics, memory chips, ICs, LEDs, optocouplers, resistors and capacitors. We provide customized solutions tailored to different packaging equipment and epoxy molding compounds, effectively improving the yield of packaging and testing processes and extending mold service life.

     Our production base is located in Heshan, Jiangmen, with a construction area of over 30,000 square meters and was officially put into operation in 2023. We also operate our headquarters in Chang’an, Dongguan. Multiple offices and technical service stations have been set up in East China, Southwest China, North China and South China to form a nationwide rapid-response service network, delivering on-site technical support to customers nearby. Our products are now widely adopted by hundreds of leading domestic packaging & testing and electronics manufacturers, including Huatian Technology, Yangjie Technology, Tongfu Microelectronics, Sanan Optoelectronics, Sunwoda, Midea and CR Runan.
