Guangdong Puhong Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (formerly Dongguan Puyuan Electronics Co., Ltd.) was established in 2005. Over the years, with our proactive and diligent spirit and the strong support from our customers, the company's business has grown by more than 30% annually.

We have established multiple offices across China including South China Headquarters, East China, Southwest, and North China offices to provide timely and convenient services to our customers. In 2022, we started building our own industrial park in Gulo Town, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters, which was officially put into use in 2023. The completion of the new factory marks a new stage in our company's development, providing a solid foundation for improving product quality and expanding production capacity.

We have been dedicated to the semiconductor packaging industry for many years, possessing advanced technology and experience in the industry. Our main products include semiconductor molding materials, semiconductor packaging materials, semiconductor hardware accessories, and injection molding production. We have won unanimous praise in the industry for our excellent service and superior quality.
